Direct Primary Care is comprehensive primary care that is affordable, accessible and separate from traditional insurance based fee for service practices.
Our patients pay a low monthly fee to have easy access to your providers via phone calls, texts, emails, and telecommunication visits are all included in our membership, this allows providers to spend more time with the patient as compared with the rushed 15-minute visits in traditional practices. More time results in better care thus improves health.

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hour notice, there will not be a cancellation fee. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice may be subject to a $50 no show/late cancellation fee.
Simply make an appointment using the “Request Appointment” tab with Your Supreme Health and select your appointment time.
Your Supreme Health will refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Yes. Although you do not need insurance for your primary care that you receive from Your Supreme Health, you will still need coverage for those things not included in your visit (such as hospital admissions, emergency room visits, specialists, Imaging, prescription medications etc.). Members often realize considerable savings by purchasing a high deductible plan to cover these additional services.
If you have insurance when orders are made for your labs, medications, and imaging, those orders can go through your insurance. The only time you will be paying Your Supreme Health directly is through your scheduled appointments.
